Twinsie Tuesday: Inspired by a Book

Tuesday, April 25, 2017

Today's Twinsie Tuesday theme is inspired by a book. The book inspiration I chose for these nails came from here. I used to love reading when I was younger but now I don't read as much as I used to. I should really change that though since there's so many great books out there. Anyways, let's see the nail art.

The Road Book Inspired Nail Art

I used OPI Suzi Says Feng Shui on all the nails. I created the black tree silhouettes that's similar to the book cover by free handing the design using the Sweet Color Nail Art Liner in Black from Born Pretty Store. You can use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your order. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

The Road Book Inspired Nail Art

Even though my free hand skills aren't the best, I thought these turned out looking pretty nice. If I had more time, I would have went with a more detailed design but since I was kind of in a rush, I went with a simpler book cover for my inspiration. What do you think?

Essie Trophy Wife

Monday, April 24, 2017

Happy Monday Blues! I'm almost caught up with my schedule of posts for the blog which makes me happy. The weather has been a lot better during my days off from work so I was able to take some decent pictures for my blog posts. I have a polish swatch for today so let's see the color of it then.

Essie Trophy Wife is a deep teal pearl. The finish on this polish reminds me a bit of a metallic polish even though its said to have a pearl finish to it. The formula and application on this polish was okay for me. The first application I did was a little streaky but the second coat did smooth everything out. I did notice that this color does leave some brushstrokes on the nails but its not too noticeable in real life unless you look really closely. This is two coats.

I don't wear this color a lot but I still think its really nice. Its definitely a color that stands out when you have it on the nails too. What do you think?

Icing Glitter & Go

Wednesday, April 19, 2017

Hi everyone! I'm going to be sharing a polish swatch today. I'm happy that I've been doing a lot more swatching since it makes me try out polishes that I haven't worn at all at least once on my nails. I haven't bought any new nail polish in a pretty long time so these posts shows me what I have in my collection too. Anyways, let's see the polish.

Icing Glitter & Go is a rosy pink micro glitter in a clear base. I'm not a huge fan of most micro glitter polishes so this one was just an okay polish for me. The formula was more clear base heavy compared to glitter so if you want a more full coverage look, I recommend sponging the glitter on. This is two coats over Misa Green With Envy with top coat.

Icing Glitter & Go
Icing Glitter & Go

Even though I didn't particularly love this polish, I'm sure this glitter would be appealing to other people out there. I do however like the shade of rosy pink the micro glitter is especially layered over the green. What do you think?

Nicole by OPI Such A Go-Glitter

Monday, April 17, 2017

Happy Monday Blues! I hope everyone had a nice Easter over the weekend. My family had a last minute dinner planned so it was nice catching up with them. Let's see what polish I'm sharing today then.

Nicole by OPI Such A Go-Glitter has a mix of a vibrant blue and silver holographic glitters in a clear base. I do tend to not like micro glitter polishes all that much but for this one I don't mind it. It is a little clear base heavy so if your looking for full coverage, I recommend sponging on the glitter. However, if your looking for a sparse glitter topper, then this one is it. I found the formula pretty good so I didn't have to use the dabbing method all that much to get an even amount of glitter on the nails. This is one coat over Sephora by OPI Havana Dreams with top coat.

Nicole by OPI Such A Go-Glitter
Nicole by OPI Such A Go-Glitter

Even though this glitter isn't a favorite of mine, it was still a pretty nice polish The addition of those silver holographic glitters was a nice touch with the vibrant blue glitters. Overall, a nice glitter polish that's great for layering over any base polish. What do you think?

Twinsie Tuesday: Inspired by a Movie

Tuesday, April 11, 2017

Today's Twinsie Tuesday theme is inspired by a movie. I don't really watch much movies but since the Beauty and the Beast movie recently came out, I thought I would create a manicure inspired by that.

Beauty and the Beast Inspired Nail Art

I used American Apparel Sunshine State on my ring and middle nail. I stamped with American Apparel Downtown LA with stamping plate BM-H16 from Bundle Monster. For the rest of the nails, I used China Glaze Champagne Bubbles. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

Beauty and the Beast Inspired Nail Art
Beauty and the Beast Inspired Nail Art

I went pretty simple with the design for the theme. I mainly went with a yellow and red color scheme and stamped on a rose design since a rose plays a pretty important part in the story. What do you think?

Sephora by OPI Havana Dreams

Monday, April 10, 2017

Happy Monday Blues! I was able to get some blogging done on my days off from work but I'm still a little behind on where I want to be still. Hopefully, I can catch up on how far along to schedule my posts for by these next few weeks. Anyways, let's see which blue polish I'm sharing today.

Sephora by OPI Havana Dreams is a light pastel baby blue creme. This shade of blue is perfect to wear during the Spring time especially for Easter. Even though I really like the color, the formula left a lot to be desired. I found the formula thin and watery so it made application pretty difficult. I had to be extra careful when applying the color to prevent flooding on my cuticles. I also had to apply each coat pretty thickly to get an even coverage on the nails. This is three coats.

Sephora by OPI Havana Dreams

This was another blue shade I liked but sadly, the thin formula disappointed me. I don't wear this polish all that often since I have to be extra careful when applying the color too. What do you think?

March 2017 Product Empties

Thursday, April 6, 2017

Here's my product empties for March. I was able to finish a pretty good amount of products too which always makes me happy to see. Let's hear my thoughts on them then.

March 2017 Product Empties

1. The Face Shop Mango Seed Lip Care
This was my daytime lip balm and I quite liked it. It had a nice smell to it and it was also tinted too. Since it was tinted, it gave my lips a little bit of color which I liked since it made me look more awake. The consistency was just right with it and it moisturized my lips pretty well before I had to reapply. This would be something I would repurchase again too.

2. Secret Nature From Jeju Peeling Gel
This is my second peeling type product that I've tried out and it was alright. I liked the first one I used a lot more than this one First, I didn't like the smell on this product at all. It had a herbal medicine smell to it which I wasn't a fan of. The peeling gel was a lot more of a liquid than I expected so sometimes it leaked from the bottle when I had it standing up.

3. Dove Go Sleeveless Deodrant
I got this travel sized deodorant from a sample service and it was nice. I wasn't able to finish it all up before it expired though but I did really enjoy the smell on it. I did notice that the deodorant did leave white marks on my clothes if I perspired a lot so this probably won't be something I would buy myself.

4. Derma House Aloe Vera Moisture Mist
This is a facial mist and I really liked it. It had a nice refreshing scent to it and it was a nice skin pick me up when I felt my face getting dry or I wanted to give my skin a cooling sensation if I felt a little hot. This bottle lasted me quite a while too.

5. A.H.C Whitening Special Gen Cream
This is a concentrated whitening cream that's suppose to help lighten dark skin and maintain water balance. I've used this cream on dark spots on my face and I did notice it lightening up a bit after a few weeks of using it. It was moisturizing on the spots I applied on my skin . This would be something I would purchase in full size too.

6. Listerine Total Care Zero
I've emptied a couple of this mouth wash already and its definitely my favorite mouth wash I have tried so far. I like it so much that I've bought a couple of bottles of it when it was on sale too.

That's all for my product empties for March. Let me know if you've tried any of the products I've mentioned and whether you liked them too.

Edén's Semilla Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Vitamin C Serum Review

Wednesday, April 5, 2017

Hi everyone! I was recently contacted by Edén's Semilla asking if I wanted to try out two of their new serums they released. Since I'm really into skincare right now, I said yes since I'm always interested in trying out new products. The two products I will be reviewing for you all today is the Edén's Semilla Hyaluronic Acid Serum and the Edén's Semilla Vitamin C Serum.

Edén's Semilla Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Vitamin C Serum Review

Description
Edén's Semilla Hyaluronic Acid Serum helps to lock in moisture for healthier looking skin. Maximum hydration combined with clinically proven anti-aging ingredients to rejuvenate tired skin. An effective moisturizer for a fuller, rounder complexion that targets dry skin, fine lines, and wrinkles. Active ingredients are Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Retinol, Aloe Vera, and Shea Extract. Click here for more information.

Edén's Semilla Vitamin C Serum has an advanced anti-aging formula for healthier looking skin. Contains a powerful blend of natural ingredients clinically proven to rejuvenate aging skin. Replenishes lost moisture, promotes the bodies natural response and provides an effective boost to the skins defenses. Firmer, softer, more radiant looking skin. Active ingredients are Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, Retinol, Vitamin E, Ferulic Acid, Rosehip and Jojoba Oil. Click here for more information.

Where to Buy
Edén's Semilla's products can be purchased directly at their website here or through their Amazon.ca storefront here. Edén's Semilla Hyaluronic Acid Serum cost $26 for a 30ml bottle and Edén's Semilla Vitamin C Serum costs $15 for a 15ml bottle.

Packaging
Both of the serums came packaged in their own outer cardboard box. I like that they were both shrink wrapped which lets me know that I will be the first person to open and take the product out. On the outer cardboard box, there both identified with different colors and lists all the necessary information you might need to know about the product.

Edén's Semilla Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Vitamin C Serum Review

When you open the box, the serums are packaged in a glass bottle with a dropper applicator to them. The dropper on both serums are bigger than what I've used or seen before too. Since the serums are on the thicker gel side, the openings on both of the droppers are wider so your able to get the product out easier I assume. What's neat about them is that the cap on the bottles have a lock to them. You have to press down and twist to open them which makes it a little more secure when your traveling with them. I received the Hyaluronic Acid Serum in the 30ml size and the Vitamin C Serum in the 15ml size. I like that they offer different sizes to their serums since it allows you choose a smaller size if your not ready to comment to a full size of it.

Texture and Scent
For the Hyaluronic Acid Serum, I didn't notice much of a scent on it but the Vitamin C Serum had a faint citrus scent on it. The texture for both of the serums was a thick gel like consistency. Both of the serums are mostly clear but I did notice the Vitamin C Serum had a very faint tinge to it. They both felt very cooling when applied to the skin. Even more so if you store them in the refrigerator.

Edén's Semilla Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Vitamin C Serum Review

How to Use
Hyaluronic Acid Serum: For best results, apply to damp or dry skin. Allow to absorb before application of moisturizer or other facial treatments.
Vitamin C Serum: Apply a small amount to facial area and gently massage. Allow to fully absorb before application of other facial treatments.

My Review
I've been using both the Edén's Semilla Hyaluronic Acid Serum and the Edén's Semilla Vitamin C Serum for about two months now and I can say I really enjoy them. I'm especially a fan of the Hyaluronic Acid Serum since I do have dry skin and I really felt like this serum gave my skin an added boost of moisture whenever I used it. I felt like my skin had an extra glow to it when I had this serum on. On the other hand, the Vitamin C Serum was also pretty hydrating and I felt whenever I applied that one, my face looked extra awake and brighter. There nice natural and organic serums to add into your skincare routine and I think they work really well too. I like that there so affordable and that there's various sizes for you choose from if your not ready to commit to the full size of it. I also felt like my skin didn't break out as much when I started using these two serums. I usually get the occasional pimple around either my chin or middle of my eyebrow area but I noticed that it rarely happened and if it did, it was much smaller than it used to be.

Final Thoughts
Overall, I recommend both the Edén's Semilla Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Edén's Semilla Vitamin C Serum  if your in the market for new natural and organic serums. I still have a bunch of skincare products to finish up at the moment but I'm going to be savoring both of these serums until I finish them up. Once I've emptied all the other skincare products I have, I'm definitely going to repurchase these and maybe try out some of their natural facial oils they offer too. Both serums are definitely ones I can see myself using over and over again. So check out Edén's Semilla by their website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Blue Texture and Silver White Stars Stamping

Monday, April 3, 2017

Happy Monday Blues! The weather where I live has been all over the place. Some days, its really nice out and then the next day, its cold and raining. I've been a bit behind on my blog posts too since when I have days off from work, its usually raining outside which doesn't make for great lighting to take pictures of my nails. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this week's weather for when I don't have work is at least decent. Anyways, let's see the nail art.

Blue Texture and Silver White Stars Stamping

First, I used MisQs GR001 on the ring and middle nail. Next, I stamped with M Polish Snowberry with stamping plate BP-64 from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your order. For the rest of the nails, I used Julie G Rock Candy. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

Blue Texture and Silver White Stars Stamping
Blue Texture and Silver White Stars Stamping

The stamping didn't turn out as clean as I wanted it to and that was my fault. Its been a while since I've stamped so I was a little rusty at it. I don't usually top coat texture polishes but I did it here and I thought it looks good. What do you think?

Twinsie Tuesday: One-Stroke Flowers

Tuesday, March 28, 2017

Today's Twinsie Tuesday theme is one stroke flowers. To be honest, I haven't done any one stroke designs in a very long time. I think the last time I did one was for a previous Twinsie Tuesday theme too. Let's see how this one turned out then.

Purple and White One Stroke Inspired Floral Nail Art

I used MisQs SP002 on all the nails. I created the one stroke flowers using a flat nail art brush with purple and white acrylic paint. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

Purple and White One Stroke Inspired Floral Nail Art
Purple and White One Stroke Inspired Floral Nail Art

I didn't have much time to practice the one stroke technique so this was very free handed. It turned out a bit messier than I was going for but I don't think they turned out too bad. They kind of have an artsy vibe to it too. What do you think?

Sephora by OPI Bright as a Feather

Monday, March 27, 2017

Happy Monday Blues! I'm kind of in a rush today so let's just see what blue polish I have to share.

Sephora by OPI Bright as a Feather is a bright sky blue packed with silver and turquoise shimmers. When I first saw this polish, I didn't expect to like it that much on the nails but I was pleasantly surprised by it. I think the silver and turquoise shimmers really helps to make the color super shiny and reflective when applied on the nails. It almost reminds me of the water in a swimming pool too. The formula was a little sheer but application was pretty good on it. This is three coats.

Its always great to like a polish you didn't expect to like just from looking at it in the bottle. What do you think?

Aveniro Foot Scraper and Duo Glass Nail Files Review

Thursday, March 23, 2017

Hi everyone! I have a review today to share on some new glass nail files that Aveniro has recently come out with. I have reviewed Aveniro in the past and really like their products so I was excited to work with them again. The new products they sent me are the foot scraper and a medium and small duo files.

Aveniro Foot Scraper and Duo Glass Nail Files Review

My Review
Like the previous time I worked with Aveniro, their communication and shipping was very quick. I received this package around two weeks after it was confirmed to have been shipped out to me. Everything was packaged in a nice cardboard box with bubble wrap and was sent in a small mailer envelope.

Aveniro Foot Scraper and Duo Glass Nail Files Review

So regarding the three new products, I was very pleased with them all. I don't really have much issues with my feet so the foot scraper wasn't really getting much use from me but I did give it to my mom to use and she loves it. The foot scraper has two sides: the rougher side works to remove dirt and old skin and the more smoother side works to give a final clean skin finish. The size of the foot scraper is 55x110mm and unique shape to it ensures a smooth and comfortable use.

Aveniro Foot Scraper and Duo Glass Nail Files Review

For the medium and small duo glass nail files, they worked really well for me. Like the foot scarper, these glass nail files also has two sides with it. The rougher side is highly abrasive yet gentle on the nails to enable fast and easier shaping of the nails. The smoother side works as a final filing and helps to correct any imperfections made with the rougher side. They file my nails really well and I like that they don't wear down as you continue to use them like regular nail files do. Both of the glass nail files are very travel friendly and easy to carry around with you. I also love the pretty colored gradient on top of both of the glass files. The one on the medium glass nail file in particular makes me want to create a manicure with that colored gradient design too.

Final Thoughts
Overall, if your looking for affordable and great quality glass nail files or a new foot scraper, I definitely recommend you to check out the ones from Aveniro. Their customer service was friendly and their shipping time was pretty fast. Another thing I like is that their glass nail files comes with its own cover which is handy to protect them when your traveling with them.

*Avenrio sent these products for review purposes. My opinion is 100% honest.*

Nicole by OPI Diva Into The Pool

Monday, March 20, 2017

Happy Monday Blues! I'm a little behind on some posts that I have planned but I'm trying to get a little caught up this week. Luckily, I still have enough posts to last me for a couple of weeks. Let's see what polish I'm swatching then.

Nicole by OPI Diva Into The Pool is a shimmery blue aqua foil that's packed with small silver glitters. Even though the color is pretty, the formula was really lacking. I found the formula thin in opacity when I applied the first coat so I knew I would have to apply at least three coats to get decent coverage. Since the formula was on the thin side, application was a little hard. I felt like as I applied more coats on, it was leaving the color a little patchy so I had to be extra careful with my application. I don't wear this color a lot but I do like how sparkly it is on the nails. This is three coats.

Nicole by OPI Diva Into The Pool
Nicole by OPI Diva Into The Pool

Even though I had to apply quite a few coats, I'm glad that the color didn't bubble on my nails. If the formula was better, I think I would have liked the polish a little more. What do you think?

Twinsie Tuesday: Shades of Green

Tuesday, March 14, 2017

Today's Twinsie Tuesday theme is shades of green. Since St. Patrick's Day is coming up later this week, I thought it was appropriate to try to create a manicure for the day. I don't really celebrate days like this but I thought it would be fun to do so for the theme so here's what I came up with.

St. Patrick's Day Inspired Stripes and Clover Nail Art

I used Essie Mint Candy Apple on the ring and middle nail. Next, I used China Glaze Starboard and striping tape to create stripes. Then I took a dotting tool and American Apparel Crescent Heights to create a clover on the corner of each striped nail. For the rest of the nails, I used Orly Ancient Jade. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

St. Patrick's Day Inspired Stripes and Clover Nail Art
St. Patrick's Day Inspired Stripes and Clover Nail Art

I thought these turned out pretty cute. My free handed clovers aren't the greatest but I tried my best at it. Its also been a long time since I've done stripes too. What do you think?

Pure Ice Heartbreaker

Monday, March 13, 2017

Happy Monday Blues! For today's blue manicure, I'm sharing a simple polish swatch. I find swatch posts so much easier and faster for me to do compared to nail art designs when I'm in a rush. I also like swatching since it makes me look through my collection and wear colors I might have not worn yet too. Let's see the polish then.

Pure Ice Heartbreaker is an intense green to blue shimmer topper in a clear base. I really do like the look of this topper a lot and I like that your able to layer this polish over basically anything. When layered over a medium to dark base polish, it gives the color a glow from within look to it. Both the formula and application on this polish was pretty good. This is one coat over MisQs Kaya Nail Polish BL001.

Pure Ice Heartbreaker

My swatches that I don't took don't do this polish enough justice. In real life, this shimmer topper definitely transformed the blue creme polish into something really pretty and shimmery. What do you think?

February 2017 Product Empties

Thursday, March 9, 2017

Here is my February product empties post. I finished quite a lot of things during this month which makes me extremely happy. I'm going to have a lot of stuff for next month's post too since I just went through my makeup again and I'm going to throw some things out that I haven't touched in ages. Anyways, let's hear what I thought of the products I finished then.

February 2017 Product Empties

1. Skin Juice 90 Real Ampoule
This is a fruit whitening ampoule that contains 13 kinds of vitamin rich fruits juice and 90% vegetable juice extracts. This big bottle took me so long so use up so I was so excited when I finished it. I used it both day and night after my toner and I really liked it. It has a nice fruity scent to it and it absorbed well into my skin. I didn't notice a lot of whitening happening but I liked how it made my skin feel hydrated.

2. Glam Up Professional +Add Collagen Keratin Ampoule Damage Down
This is a hair ampoule your apply into your hair when its still a little damp after washing your hair. I used it and I did like it. It has a liquid consistency to it so it absorbed really quickly into my  hair. I mainly concentrated it on the ends of my hair and it felt hydrating on my hair. I didn't notice a huge change but my hair did feel nourished.

3. enesti Day to Day Rice & Milk Foaming Cleanser
I used another milk cleanser from this brand before and just like that previous cleanser, I thought this one was okay. I wasn't too fond of the scent and it didn't do anything special for my skin. It did lather really well though which I liked and it didn't leave my skin feeling dry after using it.

4. Lioele Auto Eyebrow #3
This has been the eyebrow product I've been using to fill in my eyebrows with. There's quite a bit of product still left in it but I think its time for me to toss it out since its been applying a bit patchy on my brows. I did really enjoy it though and its a product I would consider repurchasing again.

5. Fairy's Make-up Synergy Sun Cream
The packaging on this product is suppose to be cute but instead, I found it a little creepy. Sadly, I wasn't a huge fan of this sun cream. The texture and how it applied was nice but I just couldn't stand the smell of this product. It has a very strong perfume so that whenever I wore this sun cream, I always felt a headache coming. I used as much as I could and its expired this month so I think its time for me to throw it away.

6. Dry Idea Powder Fresh Antiperspirant Roll-On
This was the deodorant I was currently using and it was okay. I was bored with always using a stick deodorant so I wanted a change and found this to try out. I did like the smell on it but I didn't feel like it helped to keep my underarms dry though. I also found that the scent on it didn't last on me long.

7. Soy Bio+ Fermented Lumpoule
I got these two little samples in a Memebox and have heard a lot of people really like it. These two only lasted me for a short time but I did enjoy it. The texture on it was nice and it didn't really have much of a scent to it. It applied and absorbed into my skin well and I like how it felt on too. It would be something I would look into purchasing a full size of too.

That's all for my empties for the month of February. I finished quite a few big things which is clearing up space in my skincare drawer. Hopefully, I will be able to clear out that drawer by the end of the year to make room for new things.

Blue Shimmer with White Abstract Stamping

Monday, March 6, 2017

Happy Monday Blues! The weather was just starting to warm up where I live but then yesterday, we got hit with a bit of snow. I tend to like the colder weather more so I was kind of happy to see it. I have today off from work so I'm going to go out to do some shopping which I haven't done in a while. Anyways, let's see today's manicure I'm sharing.

Blue Shimmer with White Abstract Stamping Nail Art

I used MisQs BL001 and layered Pure Ice Heartbreaker on top on all of the nails. I stamped with Born Pretty Stamping Polish in White with stamping plate BP-53 from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your order. Finished with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

Blue Shimmer with White Abstract Stamping Nail Art

I was in the mood to do stamping so I chose a random stamping plate I haven't used before and created this manicure. I think it turned out pretty nice too. What do you think?

Twinsie Tuesday: Sparkle

Tuesday, February 28, 2017

The theme for today's Twinsie Tuesday is sparkle. When I think of sparkle, I usually think of a very sparkly glitter. So, that's what I went for in the manicure. I layered a pretty glitter over a pink base polish and finished it with a stamping accent nail. So, let's see the design then.

Pink Glitter Layering with Butterfly Stamping Accent Nail Art

I used Sephora by OPI Let's Pilé on all the nails. For the ring nail, I stamped with Born Pretty Stamping Nail Polish 21# with stamping plate BP-34 from Born Pretty Store. Use coupon code YCL91 for 10% off your order. For the rest of the nails, I applied Rainbow Honey Sakura Matsuri on top. Finished with KBShimmer Clearly On Top Quick Dry Top Coat.

I really like the look of the Rainbow Honey Sakura Matsuri glitter topper. Its so pretty both in the bottle and applied on the nails. I think it goes so well with the sparkle theme too. What do you think?

MisQs Kaya Nail Polish BL001

Monday, February 27, 2017

Happy Monday Blues! Today I'm sharing a simple blue creme polish swatch. Let's see the color then.

MisQs Kaya Nail Polish BL001 is a medium cobalt blue creme. This color kind of reminds me of the original Sally Hansen Pacific Blue which I own too. Its not the most unique color out there but I love a good creme polish and this one was great. The brush on this polish is on the wider side which makes application easier compared to the skinnier brushes for me. The formula was opaque and it applied really smooth on the nails. I could have even gotten away with just one coat if I applied it on a little thicker. This is two coats.

MisQs Kaya Nail Polish BL001
MisQs Kaya Nail Polish BL001

I got a set of these MisQs polishes from Wishtrend a while back and I've been enjoying the ones I've used so far. The mini bottles it comes in are so cute too. What do you think?

Misa Green with Envy

Thursday, February 23, 2017

Hi everyone! Today I have a swatch post that I've had in my drafts folder since last year. I just had other things to post but I still have a few polishes that I swatched last year that I have yet to publish. Here's just one of a few so let's see the color.

Misa Green with Envy is a bright lime green creme. The best way to describe this color is that it reminds me of Shrek when I see it. It's a pretty unique shade in my collection so I'm quite pleased with the color even though I don't wear it a lot. The formula wasn't the best though which is strange since the other Misa polishes I own have a pretty good formula to them. This one applied kind of thick and I did notice some bubbling if I don't apply it carefully. This is two coats.

Misa Green with Envy
Misa Green with Envy

I like this color a lot but I wished the formula was a little better. Since it's kind of hard to apply, I tend not to wear it on my nails much other than using it in my nail art designs. What do you think?
